Ordering from us could not be simpler. Find the product(s) you require, and add them to your shopping cart. When viewing your shopping cart you can remove items by placing a tick in the left hand box and clicking on “update”, you can also change the order quantity, by deleting and re-entering a different quantity, and again clicking on the “update” button.
Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase, you will need to create an account. When creating your account you will be required to enter your name, address, and contact telephone number, e-mail address and a password of your choice. Please make sure you enter your e-mail address, correctly, as we will use this to communicate your order status, and when your order is despatched, including the delivery date and all tracking information. We may also try to contact you by telephone if there is anything we need to discuss with you, so again please ensure this is entered correctly.
You will be able to log into your account to view your order status, or make a further order using your email address and your password, so please make a note of these should you wish to make further purchases.
You will then make your payment using our secure payment gateway, you will be able to pay using any credit card, paypal or cheque, any details you enter here are fully encrypted, we do not see these details, and they are not kept anywhere on file.
Once you have placed your order it will be processed within hours and you will receive an email confirming despatch, and giving you tracking and delivery date information. It really is that simple, the process of creating an account and making the payment should take no longer than 3-4 minutes!
If you would rather call us to place your order, you can. Any details we take from you over the phone will be destroyed “shredded”, once we have placed your order and taken your payment!
